Background: this modular cleanroom is 198.3㎡ with internal height 3m, under ISO 7 clean class. It has large span, yet is made into free-standing structure.

Construction: Right in this month, our customer in Zebrak, Czech finally received the shipment of cleanroom on September 6th. After cleaning of the site, the construction started on September 7th.

In total 5 workers were involved in the installation and none of them have ever built a cleanroom before. Following the installation instructions, they proceeded the assembly step by step: base frames, wall frames, walls and windows, ceiling grids, FFUs, etc. With the help of installation labels, it only took 7 days to finish the construction.

Test: after construction, tests were conducted right away, including the illuminance test and particle count test under as-built state. This ensures that the modular cleanroom is completed quickly, while still maintaining very high quality.

Airkey designed, manufactured and install a complete of modular cleanroom for a prestigious university in China for CAR-T cell culture. During design, we conform to international regulations such as GMP、ISO14644、USP and determine the support rooms in ISO 8, and cell culture rooms in ISO 7, with entrances and exits placed separately, minimizing the risks of cross contamination. During manufacturing, we utilize the prefabricated modular structures to quickly create a clean and sterile space. During installation, we can save up to 45% time since we apply prefabricated components that need no extra cutting, polishing, need no skilled construction team or heavyweight machine. At the same time, there is no construction wastes, free of debris or noise.
