"BROSEN" is one of the leading innovator in field of mold manufacturing in China.
*Let me tell you a little about our factory:*
Brosen was founded in 2010 in Shenzhen, in southern China, near the border with Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
We specialize in manufacturing molds for food packaging, cosmetics, medical, and pharmaceutical products. The highest number of cavities we have ever made was for a medical mold—192 cavities. When it comes to containers and buckets, the largest size we have produced was for an 11L thin-wall bucket.
Our clients include companies such as *Unilever, Mars Inc., Kraft Heinz, Reckitt Benckiser, P&G, Colgate, Aptar, Alpla, Weener Plastic, JSC Perint, L’Oréal, Nain Medical, Otsuka, Cargill, Jones Food Company, Tchibo*, and others.
Currently, our factory covers *15,000m², located just **30 minutes from downtown Shenzhen. It is equipped with over **140 machines*, including:
* *Kellenberger* – Grinding machines
* *+GF+ Agie Charmilles* – CNC milling machines
* *Roders* – CNC machines
* *Makino, Mazak, Sodick* – Electrical discharge machines
In our *testing area, we have **9 injection molding machines, including: **Sumitomo Demag 350T, FCS with a two-color screw, Demag 380T, Nissei, Zhafir, Haitian, Walmo 480T, Welltec, and by mid-year, we are expecting to add two more machines—Arburg 350 and Husky 400*.
Additionally, by October, we plan to complete the construction of our *second facility, covering 33,000m², which will be located **two hours from our current factory*.
We take great pride in the *high quality of our molds* and use only the *best materials*, such as:
* *German steel BGH 1.2083 ESR (HRC48-52)* for mold components used in caps and closures
* *Imported German steel 1.2344ESR (HRC48-52)* for thin-walled products such as cups and buckets
* *Stainless steel S136H* for mold plates
We provide *certificates* for all spare parts.
For every mold, we provide *spare parts for the entire warranty period, which is **5,000,000 cycles or two years. We are available **24/7, and **two of our engineers are APEC-certified* and ready to travel anywhere in the world within *five days*.
Last year alone, we produced *over 700 molds, with **40% exported and 60% for the domestic market. Of these, **80%* were manufactured using our own *hot runner system, created using **diffusion welding. This method fuses two precisely machined plates, creating **smooth and polished channels* without dead zones, eliminating *color deviations and black spots* during frequent color changes. Our hot runner system surpasses traditional methods by *preventing plastic leaks* and blockages. We also work with *hot runner systems from Yudo, Husky, and MoldMaster*.
