Water Meter Assembly Workshop
Standardized, Intelligent Assembly Process, Production Line Layout and Capacity
"This is our modular assembly line, divided into mechanical water meter assembly and smart water meter assembly areas. We utilize a streamlined assembly process, with a single production line capable of producing up to 10,000 units per day. We can flexibly adjust the number of production lines based on order volume, with small-batch customized orders delivered in as little as 7 days."
Smart Water Meter Core Technology
"For our smart water meter series, we perform key steps here, including sensor installation, IoT module debugging, and data calibration. Each smart water meter has a built-in [NB-IoT/LoRa] communication module, supporting remote meter reading and valve control management, with a data transmission accuracy of 99.9%. This is a core advantage of our integrated automation technology."
Dust-Free Operation and Compliance Requirements
"The assembly area uses cleanroom standards to prevent impurities from entering the water meter and affecting measurement accuracy. At the same time, we strictly adhere to [target market environmental standards], and all raw materials and components are RoHS certified, meeting import requirements for the EU, North America, and other regions."
Full-Process Testing Items
"The quality inspection center is our quality 'gatekeeper.' Every water meter undergoes five major testing stages before leaving the factory:
Sealing test: High-pressure water test to ensure zero leakage;
Measurement accuracy test: Using a standard flow calibration device, the error is controlled within the national Class 1 standard;
High and low temperature environment test: Simulating extreme environments from -20℃ to 60℃ to verify water meter stability;
Aging test: Accelerated simulation of 5 years of use to ensure long-term reliability;
Smart module joint debugging test: Verifying remote communication and data upload functions."
Testing Equipment and Certification
"Our testing equipment is calibrated and certified by the [National Institute of Metrology], and the test data can be directly used as compliance evidence for product export. We also support on-site witnessing of the testing process by customers or provide third-party testing reports."
