电解槽大修全攻略:守好安全线,省出百万利

电解槽是氯碱、制氢企业的 “心脏”,更是 “能耗大户”—— 密封失效漏碱爆炸、隔膜老化电耗飙升、极板腐蚀产能缩水,这些隐患都得靠系统大修破解!这份实战指南请收好👇

一、大修触发,这 5 种情况必启动
1. 漏碱严重,紧固补焊无效
2. 氢氧纯度持续超标,调参无果
3. 电耗升≥5% 或小室电压离散度超 ±3%
4. 极板脱镍超 20% 或隔膜破损、框架熔痕超 1mm
5. 运行满 3-4 年或累计达 3 万小时

二、七分准备:备件 / 工具 / 数据三重保障
- 备件:关键件备足 + 10% 富余量,新极板镀层≥8μm 才合格
- 工具:液压扳手、检漏仪配齐,起重设备 1.25 倍载荷试验过关
- 数据:近 6 个月电压曲线、纯度日报等提前归档,供失效分析
- 现场:硬质围栏隔离,防渗透布铺地防污染

三、标准流程:逆序拆解,有序回装
1. 断电洗槽:闭锁整流、挂地线→洗至 pH≤8→氮气置换至 O₂≤0.5%
2. 拆解标记:后装先拆,编号拍照,可疑腐蚀物取样分析
3. 清洗检测:极板用稀碱软刷清洗,隔膜框透光查针孔,绝缘件电阻≥500MΩ
4. 修复更换:脱镍极板冷补刷镀,密封线补焊抛光,隔膜预收缩处理
5. 回装紧固:三级扭矩对角紧固,槽体高度差≤2mm/m
6. 气密试车:保压 30min 压降≤2kPa/h,满负荷后纯度、电耗达标即验收

四、红线死守:HSE 与质控双保险
- 防碱服 + 护目镜 + A2 滤毒盒标配,碱液用硼酸中和
- 工具防坠、螺栓封袋,全程禁油脱脂防爆炸
- 交叉作业设隔离监护,动火严令禁止
- “一单四签” 全流程记录,10 年可追溯

IRENA Report: Capital Costs Reshape Global Green Hydrogen Trade, China, US, Australia, and Latin America Emerge as Top Exporters
New analysis from the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) reveals that by 2050, China, Australia, Latin America, and the United States will lead global exports of green hydrogen and derivatives (ammonia, methanol, direct-reduced iron), overtaking traditional resource-rich regions. Key findings:

1️⃣ Capital Costs Dictate Industrial Landscape
- Unified Cost Scenario: North Africa dominates exports (10.5Mt/year hydrogen equivalent) leveraging resource advantages.
- Realistic Cost Scenario: Higher financing costs in Africa reshape the map—China (6.3Mt), Australia (6.1Mt), Latin America (5.4Mt), and the U.S. (4.9Mt) take the lead, while North Africa’s exports shrink to 3.1Mt.

2️⃣ Europe Becomes Largest Importer
- Annual demand reaches 12.6Mt hydrogen equivalent (7.1Mt for EU members, 5.5Mt for Europe including the UK), followed by Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea.
- Trade Dependency: 20% of global hydrogen demand relies on international trade, with ammonia (35%), direct-reduced iron (21%), and methanol (14%) most dependent on cross-border flows.

3️⃣ Industrial Shifts and New Rivalries
- Lower-cost regions like the U.S. and Australia bypass traditional hubs by producing high-value goods (e.g., e-methanol, DRI) locally, cutting Middle Eastern and African market share.
- Europe gains competitiveness in domestic green hydrogen production, reducing reliance on North African imports.

4️⃣ Path Forward: Technology & Finance Collaboration
High-cost regions must lower barriers via tech transfer, capacity building, and international financing tools, urges IRENA. Global cooperation is critical to ensure an equitable energy transition.

Recently, China's hydrogen energy industry has seen dual benefits from both policy and market forces, with multiple regions rolling out hydrogen development plans. As a clean, efficient, and sustainable energy source, hydrogen is ushering in unprecedented opportunities.
Highlights of Regional Hydrogen Plans
- Fujian Province: On June 18, it released a plan outlining 2025–2030 as the initial development phase, aiming to establish multiple innovation platforms, demonstration projects, and hydrogen refueling stations, with an annual fuel cell vehicle production target of 6,000 units. From 2030–2035, the rapid growth phase will focus on large-scale green hydrogen and hydrogen-based green fuel production, targeting an annual output value exceeding 300 billion yuan.
- Sichuan Province: On June 4, it proposed that by 2027, the province's hydrogen industry strength and application scale should rank among the top tier nationally, with comprehensive hydrogen production deployment and coordinated full-chain development.

- Production & Consumption: In 2024, China's hydrogen production and consumption exceeded 36.5 million tons, ranking first globally and accounting for over one-third of total global consumption.
- Hydrogen Production Tech: Major breakthroughs include the commercial trial operation of megawatt-scale proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers, providing technical support for large-scale green hydrogen adoption in petrochemical industries.
- Storage & Transportation: The completion of China’s first long-distance high-pressure hydrogen-blended pipeline project addresses challenges in large-scale, long-distance hydrogen transport, reducing costs.
- Applications: Fuel cell vehicle deployments reached ~24,000 units, with over 540 hydrogen refueling stations. Hydrogen substitution is expanding across sectors, with regions leveraging their strengths for collaborative development.

Hydrogen Station Safety Guide | Kylin Tech Ensures Hydrogen Safety

I. Core Safety Principles
1. Prevent Mixing & Ignition Sources: Strictly avoid H₂ mixing with O₂/air in equipment, piping, and spaces. Degrease O₂ systems thoroughly (no oils/grease). Prohibit open flames, welding, and ignition sources in hazardous areas. Operators must wear anti-static clothing and shoes.

II. Electrolyzer Operation
- (1) Pre-Start:
2. Full Inspection: verify host unit, instruments, piping, and insulation resistance. Purge with N₂ before power-on.
3. Polarity Check: Measure electrode polarity immediately after energizing to prevent reverse gas production.
4. Additive Control: Strictly monitor electrolyte concentration. Mixed alkali (NaOH + KOH) prohibited. Additives must be dosed per standard—excess risks explosion.
- (2) Runtime Monitoring:
5. Gas-Liquid Balance: Maintain electrolyzer liquid level to prevent H₂/O₂ cross-permeation.
Pressure Balance: Keep H₂/O₂ system pressure balanced (ΔP ≤ 0.05 kPa; prevent negative pressure).
6. Gas Purity: Conduct two detonation tests before storage transfer (H₂ purity ≥ 99.5%). Valve switching: Open new valve BEFORE closing old to avoid mixing/cutoff.
7. Voltage Check: Regularly measure individual cell voltages—abnormal values indicate blockages.
- (3) Shutdown & Maintenance:
8. Shutdown: Wait 10 minutes post-shutdown (until voltage dissipates) before maintenance. Purge H₂ system with N₂ (P ≤ 0.05 MPa) to prevent air ingress.
9. Avoid Frequent Restarts: Minimize start/stop cycles (thermal stress damages seals). Operate stably at low load when possible.

III. Special Operations
- 🔥 Hot Work: Purge with N₂ until H₂ < 0.4%. Remove insulation/adsorbents. Obtain hot work permit; equip CO₂/dry powder extinguishers.
2. Caustic Protection: Wear rubber boots, goggles, and gloves. Keep 23% boric acid solution on-site.
3. Oxygen Systems: No grease/nylon gaskets. Operate valves slowly (prevent friction ignition). Vent O₂ to safe zones. Purge with oil-free air/N₂ before maintenance.

IV. Emergency Response
4. H₂ Leak/Fire: MAINTAIN POSITIVE PRESSURE!
- Small fire: Cover with wet fabric to cool.
- Large fire: Partially close valve → maintain pressure → inject N₂ to extinguish.
→ NEVER directly cut gas supply (risk of vacuum explosion).
5. Station Blackout: Prioritize user H₂ supply. Follow emergency shutdown for electrolyzers.
6. Electric Shock/Alkali Burns: Cut power immediately; move victim with insulator. Alkali burns: Neutralize with boric acid → rinse thoroughly.

V. Personnel & Facility Management
7. Training: Operators must be certified via professional training.
8. Zoning Control: Mark explosion hazard areas; ban flammable storage. Install fixed H₂ detectors (alarm at ≤1% v/v).
9. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect O₂ systems for grease/rust. Use PTFE gaskets for high-pressure valves.
