1️⃣ Change anti-rust oil → use a high-humidity-resistant type
2️⃣ Check cooling water → remove scale buildup
3️⃣ Add lubrication more often → use high-temperature grease

Parting line = the ""seam"" where the front mold and rear mold meet.

Choose it well → good appearance and smooth ejection
Choose it poorly → visible lines and sticking

Five key principles:
✅ Place it at the product's maximum contour
✅ Choose a flat surface whenever possible
✅ Avoid appearance surfaces
✅ Consider ejection direction
✅ Make machining easier

What if a product has holes or recesses on the side?
Use a slider!

What is a slider?
When the mold closes: it moves forward to form the side feature
When the mold opens: it retracts to create clearance

Three core parts:
✅ Slider body (does the work)
✅ Angle pin (gives the command)
✅ Locking block (locks it in place)
