Why does XLPE insulation have its own room?
The answer is simple: cleanliness.
Before extrusion, XLPE insulation compounds are stored and transferred through a dedicated feeding system designed to reduce exposure to dust, moisture, and other contaminants.
Why does that matter?
Because even tiny foreign particles inside the insulation can create potential weak points that may affect long-term cable performance.
Because cable performance depends not only on the production process, but also on how raw materials are handled before manufacturing begins.
