1. Inner liner
Choose according to your actual needs. The capacity of the merchant generally refers to the size of the inner liner. Therefore, the size of that determines the number of ingredients that can be made at one time.
2. Heating tube
The number of heating tubes should not be more, the better. Four heating tubes are enough. If the number of heating tubes is too large, it is easy to cause the temperature at the overlapping position of the central heating tubes to be too high, resulting in uneven heating.
If the upper and lower heating tubes can control the temperature independently, it is better and more functional.
3. Temperature control mode
Generally, it can be divided into mechanical and electronic temperature control. The mechanical control mode is more straightforward and can meet the basic baking requirements (egg tarts, bread). The electronic temperature control is more accurate if the professional baking and cooking of desserts with high-temperature conditions
4. Liner material
The enamel material is preferred, which will not rust like the metal used for a long time. Besides, the enamel, whether grease or food residue, is clean with a smooth surface, which is more convenient to clean and antibacterial.
5. Number of grill layers
Generally, there are three layers, and there are four layers or more. From the perspective of the capacity of the baking ingredients, the more layers, the more baked. However, the heating problem also needs to be considered. The more stacked, the more uneven heating may occur.
6. Thickness of glass door
The double layer is better than the single layer, the thicker the layer, the safer and the better the insulation effect. It can effectively prevent heat loss in the box and ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the temperature in the box.
