Today, we are presenting to you a crucial step in the teaching free welding robot system: path verification and optimization. Path verification and optimization is a critical safety phase in teaching-free welding systems, comprising four core steps. First, 3D dynamic simulation is performed, where the system simulates the complete motion trajectories of the robot, torch, cables, and positioner in a virtual environment. Next, collision detection is executed, with software automatically analyzing interference risks between all moving components and the workpiece/fixtures, identifying potential collision points and making automatic adjustments. Then comes process parameter review, where operators inspect the system-generated welding parameters (current, voltage, speed, oscillation settings) on the HMI interface, with options for fine-tuning within preset limits.
