The Automatic Strip Slitting Machine can steadily and neatly cut small fabric rolls into strips. These cut strips are used for sewing the double beaded on filter bag snap bands.
After loading the fabric rolls, this machine automatically performs the cutting operation, effectively saving labor costs. Moreover, thanks to its exceptionally neat cutting edges, the craftsmanship of the final double beaded product is outstanding.

New Design Automatic Filter Bag Double Beaded Sewing & Snap Ring Taping Machine with Camera Vision System.

We upgraded the sewing part esign of this machine.

The upgraded sewing unit advantage: Based on the pulling wheel of the sewing machine itself, we build an additional independent electronically controlled pulling roller system . The fabric unwinding part use an air shaft to ensure uniform material feeding. The machine structure has been optimized, integrating the sewing machine, pulling roller system, and unwinding unit into a whole part, resulting in a more compact design and harmonious appearance. The overall robustness has been enhanced, extending the machine's service life.

filter bag folding system is a new additional feature integrated into the automatic filter bag production line. In the current standard production line, the filter tubes are directly pushed off the conveyor platform after cutting. With this automatic folding system, the filter tubes are transferred from the production line's conveyor to the folding system's conveyor platform. where the folding process is automatically completed.
This system not only saves manual labor but also enhances folding efficiency, make this machine a standard configuration product for future industry automation.
