Let me introduce the plastic bucket making machine, the 20L paint bucket machine as an example,

Ordinary servo motor injection molding machines can open the mold after charging and cooling. But the bucket special machine is electric charging machine, equipped with European advanced computer controllers, and equipped with high-response servo systems to realize three-parallel actions injection machine’s production (charging, demoulding, and mold opening run at the same time), which can shorten the injection molding cycle of the product. Considering that the height of the 20L paint bucket itself is relatively high and the required toggle stroke is relatively large, a 650t clamping unit and a 550t injection unit are used to optimize the plastic bucket machine price. What’s more, the structure of the injection cylinder is changed to double-extruded rods at both ends to increase the injection speed. This machine is 10%-20% more energy-saving than the servo injection molding machine.
