Two questions we get asked most by conveyor belt purchasers:🧠

“Can your CPU truly survive 80°C + 100% RH for 6+ months?”🌡️💧

“Three years from now, will the same grade still be exactly the same?”🗓️

Here's our answer — with evidence, not marketing:👇

√ Real-time hydrolysis test (no accelerated conversion)🧪

Polyether + special HMDI system⚛️

80°C / 100% RH, 210 days and counting🔥

• Tensile retention: 94.2%✅

• Elongation retention: 91.8%📈

• No surface tackiness, no powdering, no micro-cracks✨

√ Batch-to-batch consistency (2022-2025, 11 customers >200 t/year each)🎯

• Free NCO variation: ±0.06% (vs typical ±0.15-0.20%)⚙️

• Viscosity @80°C variation: ±120 cps💧

• 128 consecutive batches, zero complaints on key parameters🏆

(Consecutive COAs + SPC charts ready)

We don’t play the “equivalent months” game.🙅‍♂️

I'll share the complete aging folder.📧

Consistency is the real premium.💎

🤔Is a tiny bubble costing you huge losses?

For every CPU caster, few things are as frustrating as a perfectly poured part ruined by surface bubbles or hidden porosity. This isn't just cosmetic; it drastically compromises the part's tensile strength and abrasion resistance.

Before blaming the vacuum pump, let's look upstream. 80% of bubble issues stem from three areas.

🔬 Three Key Points to Eliminating Air Bubbles in CPU Castings:

💡 Moisture Trap: PU materials are extremely sensitive to moisture. Once raw materials (especially chain extenders) absorb water, carbon dioxide gas is generated during mixing, which is the most direct source of air bubbles.

💪 Our Recommendation: Strictly control the storage environment of chain extenders and polyols, and perform precise dehydration treatment before use.

💡 Process Variables: Excessive stirring speed or improper agitator blades can entrain a large amount of air. Incomplete degassing will also leave air bubbles.

💪Our Recommendation: Optimize the stirring sequence and speed to ensure sufficient operating time for vacuum degassing.

💡 High Prepolymer Viscosity: This is the most easily overlooked but most critical reason. High-viscosity prepolymers are like sand being stirred in water; the vacuum pump has difficulty completely removing the tiny air bubbles within the limited operating time.

💪Our advantages: Our prepolymer series ensures extremely low initial viscosity and excellent flowability by precisely controlling the free monomer content and molecular weight distribution. This means higher degassing efficiency, smoother mold filling, and a naturally lower scrap rate under the same vacuum conditions!

✨ Don't let raw material selection be the bottleneck in your production. Choosing a prepolymer engineered for optimal viscosity and stability is the first step toward achieving zero-defect casting.

🎯Your technical challenge is our formulation focus.
