we’ve been specifying electric fluorine lined ball valves more often for corrosive media jobs. acids, alkalis, chemicals – the usual harsh stuff.

the lining is fluoroplastic, shell is investment cast. contacts parts are all fluoroplastic, so it handles -50°c to 180°c without breaking down.

full bore, floating ball. no leakage across the whole pressure range. stem and ball are cast as one piece – no risk of the stem shifting. compact body leaves less room for media to sit. graphite ptfe packing helps hit zero leakage.

works for petroleum, chemical, dyeing, agriculture, acid/alkali production. specs comply with gb 12237, ati 608, api 6d. size dn15 to dn350, pressure pn1.0–2.5 mpa.

nothing fancy. just a reliable valve for tough lines.

We use BQ series for butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves — basically anything that needs 0° to 270° rotation. Runs on 110V, 220V, or 380V AC. Control signal is 4-20mA or 0-10V DC. Max torque goes up to 4000 N·m, which covers a lot of applications.

The shell is aluminum alloy with anodizing + powder coating — holds up against corrosion. Protection rating is IP67 (and you can get IP68 if the job is harsher). Some versions are explosion-proof, Exd IIB T4 — safe for oil/gas, chemical plants, that kind of environment.

Useful in petroleum, chemical, water treatment, marine, power plants, building automation. We've seen them in all of those.

Nothing over-engineered. Just an actuator that does what it's supposed to do. More info on the site.

we’ve been using the yt-1000 electro-pneumatic positioner on a lot of projects lately. nothing flashy – it just works.

takes 4-20ma signal, works with rotary or linear actuators, single or double acting. switching between ra and da is easy. no resonance from 5 to 200hz, which is nice if you’ve ever dealt with shaky valves.

small actuator? there’s an or***ce to stop hunting. air consumption is low – saves money over time. and if you need 1/2 split range, a simple part swap does it.

just a solid, no-headache positioner.

We’ve been running the BN Series electric actuators on a few water treatment and chemical line projects lately – pretty happy with how they hold up.

9 models from BN002 to BN150, torque from 18Nm up to 1500Nm. Covers most butterfly valves, ball valves, even dampers. What’s nice: aluminum alloy housing with epoxy coating, ISO5211 mounting, and you can use it for on/off or modulating control (4-20mA or 0-10V).

Supports 380V/220V/110V AC, so no drama matching power supplies. CE certified, economic series but doesn’t feel cheap. Used in shipbuilding, paper mills, power stations, heating, building automation – pretty much anywhere you need 0-270° rotary valve control.

A little project update from a dairy plant we worked with last month.

They needed to automate flow control on their CIP return line – clean media, room temperature, but tight space and frequent operation. We recommended our electric butterfly valve with a soft seal (PTFE ring).

Why this one?
· Integrated actuator, just plug into 220VAC. No extra panel.
· 90° rotation, fast open/close.
· Leakage down to 0.01%. Good enough for their hygiene standard.
· Compact and light – fit right between existing flanges (DN80, PN16).

They also liked that the same valve body can later switch to a three eccentric hard seal if they ever run higher temperature media. No need to redesign the line.

One month in, no issues. Simple works. If you're automating water, food, or HVAC lines with limited space, this little guy does the job.

We often get asked: how do you manually override a solenoid valve when there's no power?

On our TBNF2000 and TBNF4000 air filter regulators, there's a simple press-and-rotate slider. Push it, turn it, and it locks into manual mode. No need to hold it. That's it.

Reset options? You can choose pneumatic spring return, mechanical spring return, or electromagnet recovery. Works with most standard coils (24VDC, 110/220VAC, etc.) and fits NAMUR mounting holes.

Body is anodized aluminum alloy + copper, cover is reinforced plastic. Seals are NBR and AU. Nothing fancy, just durable.

We use these a lot on pneumatic actuators in food packaging, automotive assembly, and water treatment lines. If your compressed air needs filtering (50 micron) and regulation, take a look.

We just wrapped up an incredible time in Milan, meeting both familiar faces and new ones. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth—it was great talking about flow control, automation, and how Theoborn valves actually behave in real-world systems.
