Bar counting and separating device:

It adopts international advanced machine vision technology to detect the end face of the bar, identify and track the bars through processing the acquired image information, so as to dynamically and automatically count the bars,automatically or manually separate the bars which are transferred by the chain type transfer bed. When the bars reach the preset quantity, the bar separator automatically divides and places the bars and controls the start and stop of the transfer machine. The device is composed of image detection and recognition unit, main control cabinet, operation cabinet,automation control equipment, bar separator and software. It has the advantages of accurate counting and separating, high efficiency (20~30% higher than manual counting), good adaptability to different bar varieties, flexible presetting of bar quantity for bundling, and tolerates bar stacking and tilting to some extent, easy installation and commissioning. It's suitable for ribbed bars and round bars of carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel and low alloy steel, and widely used for counting and separating bars in bar production line.

The mill roll quenching layer is quite deep, which enable the mill rolls to be ground repeatedly to a certain extent. They can widely used for carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and stainless steel strip, wire production lines, etc.
