The impact toughness index has significantly improved based on industry standards, providing guarantees for the stable operation of molds under complex stresses. Excellent resistance to tempering, resulting in a room temperature impact energy of up to 35 ± 2J after heat treatment, a stable hardness of 43 ± 1HRC, and a room temperature thermal conductivity of 26.07W/(m * k), providing support for efficient heat dissipation. V-F30C is suitable for high demand hot work applications such as die-casting molds, extrusion, and forging.
