Four Types of Pellet Machines for Different Pellet Production Needs

Pelletizing is an important process in both animal feed and biomass industries. Different raw materials and applications require different pelletizing solutions.

In this video, we show four types of pellet machines:

🐄 Animal Feed Pellet Machine
Designed for producing feed pellets from materials such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran and other feed ingredients. It helps improve feed storage, transportation efficiency and provides uniform pellet shapes for livestock and poultry.

🌲 Wood Pellet Machine
Mainly used for biomass materials like sawdust, wood chips and agricultural residues. The pelletizing process can compress loose materials into dense fuel pellets, making storage and handling easier.

⚙️ Vertical Ring Die Pellet Machine
With a vertical structure design, this type of machine is suitable for continuous pellet production. It features stable operation, strong pressure during pelletizing and good adaptability to different biomass materials.
