I develop innovative industrial design solutions tailored to unique industry needs. One project I’m especially proud of is the "Heat Shrink Device"—a custom solution created for automotive wire harness production.

This device simplifies and speeds up the application of heat shrink tubing at wire joints. Here’s how it works:

- The operator inserts the segment of the wire harness with joined wires and the heat shrink tube.
- The device automatically heats the tube for a set time, creating a consistent and secure seal.
- Once the cycle completes, it unlocks and signals the operator to insert the next segment—keeping workflows efficient and smooth.

🛠️ Custom Solutions for Low-Volume, High-Precision Manufacturing Needs 🛠️

Recently, a client came to me with an interesting challenge. They needed to produce a small batch of parts by combining a steel-threaded bar and a plastic head. Traditional injection molding wasn’t feasible for such a low quantity, and 3D printing didn’t offer the firm attachment they needed between the two materials.

Here’s how I solved it:

1️⃣ Crafting a Durable Polyurethane Head – I designed a custom silicone mold to cast the plastic head, ensuring a strong attachment to the steel bar.

2️⃣ Precision Drilling in Polyurethane – A precise side hole was needed at a specific spot. I engineered a custom jig that securely holds each part, allowing for consistent, accurate drilling every time.

🔹 The Result? The client received the mold, fixture, and knowledge needed to produce the parts independently, efficiently, and with precision.
