Jsme firma, zabývající se výrobou lehkých a středně těžkých ocelových konstrukcí z materiálu S235. V našich možnostech je výroba a manipulace dílů o hmotnosti 3 tun, délky 12 metrů, výšky 2,5 metru. V omezeném množství také výroba a strojní opracování (soustružení, frézování, vrtání) dílů z nerezové oceli. Dle požadavku zákazníka zajistíme povrchovou úpravu (žárový, galvanický zinek, mokré a prášk
ové lakování.....). Naše výrobní prostory se nacházejí ve Velké Bíteši, ve vzdálenosti 0,5 km od dálnice D1. Svařování provádíme metodami MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA , pro které mají naši svářeči státní zkoušky dle EN ISO 9606-1. Provádíme také montáže lehkých ocelových konstrukcí (zábradlí, žebříky, plošiny...). DK.K-Weld s.r.o. Wir sind eine Firma, die sich mit Fertigung leichter und mittelschwerer Stahlkonstruktionen aus Material S235 befasst. Unsere Möglichkeiten lassen Fertigung und Handhabung von Teilen bis zu 3 Tonnen Gewicht, 12 m Länge und 2,5 m Höhe zu. In einem beschränkten Maß können wir auch Teile aus Niro-Stahl inklusive Maschinenbearbeitung (Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren) fertigen. Nach Kundenwunsch können wir für Oberflächenbehandlung (Feuerverzinkung, galvanische Verzinkung, Nass- und Pulverlackierung …) sorgen. Unsere Fertigungskapazitäten befinden sich in der Stadt Velká Bíteš, 0,5 km von der Autobahn D1. Unser Team besteht aus 5 Mitarbeitern mit 30-jähriger Praxis und Erfahrungen im Bereich Stahlbau. Wir schweißen mit Methoden MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA, für welche unsere Schweißer über Staatsprüfungen gemäß der EN ISO 96061 verfügen. Wir montieren auch leichtere Stahlbausysteme (Geländer, Leitern, Plattformen…). Wir arbeiten nicht nur mit führenden Firmen in Tschechien, sondern auch mit Kunden aus Österreich und Deutschland zusammen. Wir würden uns über die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen freuen.

We can provide surface treatment (hot dip, galvanic zinc, wet and powder coating.....) to the customer's requirement. We have our production facilities 0.5 km from the D1 motorway in Velká Bíteš. We are 5 workers with 30 years of practice and experience in the industry. Welding is done by MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA, and our welders are EN ISO 9606-1 certified. We also install light steel structures (railings, ladders, platforms...). We cooperate with important leading Czech companies, but also with Austrian and German customers.
