🔄 From sprue back to production!

At BJB, sprues from our injection moulding process get their next use right here in our factory. ⚙️

How does it work? The sprues are fed into the bottom of our grinding machines, conveyed upwards and then ground. The resulting regrind is mixed with virgin material and returned to production. ♻️

We reuse 100% of the regrind we generate. This allows us to use material already in our process to manufacture further components.

The proportion of regrind added varies depending on the component, applicable requirements and customer specifications. We adjust this proportion to meet customer requirements while ensuring that all specified product properties, relevant regulations and customer specifications are maintained.

⛳️ BJB Open 2026 – A fantastic day with an amazing team! ☀️

What a great day at the BJB Open on 17 July 2026!

After a short hike, our participants headed straight into an exciting mini golf tournament. With plenty of fun, friendly competition and lots of laughter, everyone gave their best.

The day concluded with an enjoyable award ceremony, delicious food, refreshing drinks and brilliant sunshine at the restaurant – the perfect ending to a wonderful team event.

Am Freitag, den 10.07.2026, haben wir bei bestem Wetter unser diesjähriges BJB Sommerfest gefeiert. Bei leckerer Currywurst, kühlen Getränken und vielen guten Gesprächen stand vor allem eines im Mittelpunkt: Unsere Nachwuchstalente! 🌭🥤💙
