🔹 Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

From maintaining and developing our Quality Management System to preparing audits and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards – you will be our go-to expert for quality and safety. If you thrive on precision and take pride in raising the bar, we want to hear from you.

🔹 Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

You keep things running. Quite literally. With a keen eye for detail, you will oversee both corrective and preventive machine maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues at our production site, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. If problem-solving is second nature to you, this role is yours.

Literarischer Frühling 2026🌷

From 20 to 29 March 2026, the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg will once again become a gathering place for literature enthusiasts: The Literarischer Frühling invites you to readings, discussions and inspiring encounters at distinctive venues in North Hesse, the home of our European headquarters.

Over the years, the festival has become recognised for championing cultural life in rural communities. Established authors and prominent voices from culture, media, and politics present their latest works, share experiences and open up new perspectives on the issues shaping our society today.

We are proud to continue our sponsorship of the Literarischer Frühling. As a company with deep roots in this region, supporting the cultural life of our local community matters to us. Osborn EMEA Sales Conference 2026🚀

This year, our Osborn EMEA Sales Conference took place near our branch in Valencia, Spain, bringing together colleagues from more than 13 countries.

Our goal was to align on the year ahead, discuss upcoming initiatives, set focus topics, share best practices and learn from each other, in the spirit of One Osborn.

Over three days, a mix of breakout sessions, presentations, panel discussions and expert talks created many opportunities for open exchange, practical discussions and new perspectives. 🧠

For globally operating teams like ours, meeting in person makes a real difference. Time together away from screens helps strengthen relationships and supports effective collaboration across countries and functions.

We would like to sincerely thank Joaquim Piteira, our Sales Director West, for the warm hospitality and local support, as well as the organisation team and all colleagues involved for their great commitment in making this conference a success.

After the conference sessions, we also had the chance to experience Valencia and its culture, including a traditional flamenco performance, which was a special highlight for many.

With strong alignment, clear priorities and team spirit, we are looking forward to the year ahead.💯

Quality Celebration at Osborn Portugal 💯

In the context of World Quality Day, our team in Portugal reflected on what quality means in their daily work.

As part of a challenge, colleagues completed the sentence:
“I’m proud of the quality of my work because…”

The aim of was twofold: to put each individual in the spotlight and to raise awareness that quality is not only critical for the safety of our customers, but also for our very own workplace safety. It is about recognising the bigger picture and the value of one’s own work. Taking pride in the quality of what we do every day contributes to the overall performance of Osborn.
