Xin Chào, Vietnam!👋

We are thrilled to be participating in SugarEx Vietnam this week and even more excited about the ➡️ presentation by Dr. Omkar Thaval.

In his session, he will take a deep dive into the performance of OVC in combination with a Molasses Massecuite Mingler (MMM). The MMM enables optimum mixing of heated molasses and cooling massecuite, contributing to improved process efficiency and performance📈.

We look forward to your attendance and to engaging with you during the discussion afterwards.

Not the usual insight...👀

Continuous centrifugals with a magmatizer are an excellent solution for sugarcane customers, as the centrifuged sugar in B and C product is used as a seed for the next crystallization stage.

🎥 The video shows the magma produced automatically in a BMA centrifuge for Product B.

The BMA K3300F features a control loop, ensuring that the quality✅of the produced magma is consistent regardless of the machine's load. As seen in the video, this magma is free of lumps and can be adjusted to the desired Brix value.

For more information on the K3300F, check the link in the comments. 👇

We are proud to announce that Dr. Omkar Thaval, Senior Manager Product Development at BMA, has been appointed by ISSCT as a member of the Technical Program Committee in the Engineering Section. 🎉

This appointment is a strong recognition of his valuable scientific contributions to the sugar industry over the past years.

In his role as a committee member, Omkar will contribute to several key activities, including:
➡️ Supporting the organisation and ex*****on of workshops and webinars within the Engineering and Processing sections
➡️ Reviewing papers, posters, and abstracts submitted to the ISSCT Congress

Congratulations, Omkar. This is well deserved! 🙌

It was a true honor for Andreas, our Head of R&D, to present on the second day of ESST🙌. In his poster presentation, he showcased the benefits of elliptical openings in centrifugal baskets compared to conventional cylindrical boreholes.

The results are remarkable. Peak stress is reduced by up to 50% ✅ when using elliptical openings. Even more compelling is the proven long-term performance. Since their introduction in 2011, not a single crack has been reported in operating batch centrifugals equipped with this design.

In the afternoon, Andreas contributed a second presentation focusing on the BMA countercurrent cossette mixer, where he shared valuable insights💡into the heat transfer and the impact of denaturation on the sugar availability.

Another day, another conference. You can tell the season has officially started 😊

Our Sales Reps and Head of Customer Service are awaiting you at booth #24 at ASSCT in Mackay, Australia 🤝
We’re happy to share insights into the FFE project we recently realized together with our engineering partners from Bundaberg Walkers in Australia.

Our strong partnership is also reflected in the booth design, which transitions into the neighbouring stand.

We’re looking forward to great conversations and inspiring exchanges.

Once again it’s loading time! 🚚
We’re always pleased to see equipment leaving our manufacturing site. This time, components of a VKT are on their way to Eastern Europe. 🌍
In total, three shipments are scheduled for this VKT, featuring a diameter of 3.6 m and a final height of 31 m.

Commissioning is planned for September 2026, right on schedule for the start of the new beet campaign. ✅
