FAKE NEWS. No, our pipes do not need a support from the inside, also not from the CEO himself. The PE100 profile pipe provides ring stiffness classes of SN 2, 4, 8, 12.....even stiffness values of SN 50, if necessary. And who knows.?....if you place a machinery order, you might find the CEO, Mr. Marcus Hawerkamp, also in one of your first produced pipes. Yes, we did it again. Our shuttle from the trade fair to the company and back is busy. Another group of customers watched the trial production of a profile pipe DN 1000 and a burst pressure tests of a solid wall pipe and a composite pipe. The visitors were impressed by the flexibility of our extrusion line and the high quality of our extruded pipes. Tomorrow we offer the last tour during the K 2025. Better hurry and contact us in hall 14, booth C 17.

Good mood, many visitors, strong K Show. This is the headline of todays trade fair newspaper......and we fully agree. We are busy to host existing and new customers every day. One highlight on our booth is the demonstration of our modern state of the art control panel for all our extrusion lines. Our own software engineers are optimizing the user interfaces to guarantee an easy and safe operation of all processes. Visit us in hall 14, booth C 17 to see more.

On our booth we show not only our own machinery products, but also solutions from our best rated and trusted suppliers. On one of our extruders we installed the Labotek resin feeder and the Movacolor MC Weight and MC Balance. We believe that a precise extrusion process needs a precise material feeding with weight control. The feeder and the gravimetric system can handle up to 1200 kg output per hour. The MC Balance offers the option to add a customized master batch. As one of the most experienced cooperation partners of Labotek and Movacolor for more than 10 years, we can recommend the use of the equipment. You want to learn more about this system? The shuttle service from the trade fair to the company in Lindlar and back is a great success. A lot of potential customers took the chance to see our running extrusion lines and our burst pressure tests of the new bauku composite pipe. The third day of the trade fair starts. The last days we had a lot of interest in our extrusion lines for lange diameter spiral pipes. Today we will have a shuttle service from the fair to our company in Lindlar and back. We offer interested customers the chance to see a bauku extrusion line in action. We also show pressure burst tests of our normal solid wall pipes and the new composite pipes. You want to participate? We have more tours on Monday and Tuesday next week. The Chamber of Commerce Cologne, represented by Mr. Michael Sallmann, visits the bauku & boyke booth. He is welcomed by CEO Marcus Hawerkamp and CEO Matthias Boyke. As a leading machinery company in the region of Cologne, the Chamber is a regular guest on our booth. The back-up of the Chamber in Germany as well as their international counterpart (AHK, German Chamber of Commerce) is vital to promote the "Made in Germany" world-wide.
