🔧 Smarter Design. Better Access. More Control.

The latest generation of our bolting system sets new standards in compactness, ergonomics, and performance.
An optimized outer contour and a smaller head radius allow efficient tightening even when nuts and bolts are positioned very close together. This makes accessing hard-to-reach connections and confined installation spaces significantly easier.
Handling has also been improved. A newly developed handle concept with an additional front handle (HSXpower-1xx and HSXpower-2xx) enhances ergonomics and provides greater control during demanding bolting applications.

Further upgrades include:
✔ Simplified connection to the SX drive using two identical pins for robust power transmission
✔ Standardized housing bolts for easier assembly and maintenance
✔ A new two-axis hose connection (180° × 360°) for maximum flexibility in tight working environments
