Strong collaboration in Greenland 🇬🇱

We are proud to announce that Plast Solutions has entered into a framework agreement with Nukissiorfiit for the renovation of water tanks in Greenland.

This agreement marks an important step in ensuring stable and future-proof water supply solutions in some of the most demanding environments. At the same time, it reflects strong confidence in our competencies within inspection, consulting, and ex*****on of renovation projects.

One of the first completed projects under this collaboration is located in Kangaatsiaq on Greenland’s west coast, where we have renovated two 90 m³ drinking water tanks.

The solution includes lining with a drinking water-approved Hydroclick liner, ensuring high water quality and significantly extending the lifespan of the tanks.

Projects like this highlight the value of close collaboration between local operators and specialized suppliers – with a shared goal of reliable and durable solutions.

We look forward to continuing the strong partnership with Nukissiorfiit and contributing to the upcoming renovation projects across Greenland.

🌾 At Plast Solutions, we see strong synergies in how our work connects Aquaculture to the biogas industry. Since January, we have been increasingly engaged in this field through projects, site visits, and ongoing collaboration — and later this year, we will also be attending a biogas exhibition.

We are currently installing ventilation piping systems at a site in Denmark. The components are prefabricated in our workshop and then shipped to site, where our installation team efficiently assembles them on location.

We are also working with underground pipe installation at a order site in denmark, contributing to different parts of the overall biogas plant infrastructure.

In April, Mikael visited Tønder biogas plant to gain further insight into operations and strengthen our understanding of the industry’s needs, ensuring we always deliver the best solutions for our customers.

We are excited to continue developing our involvement in biogas projects and supporting sustainable energy solutions through our expertise in piping systems, media processing systems, and installations.

Project Kick-off – Årdal, Norway

We’re now on site in Årdal 🇳🇴, kicking off the Årdal Aqua expansion.

Our team is executing underground piping works—establishing the critical infrastructure that the entire facility will rely on. We’re starting with the hatchery and RAS 1, setting a strong foundation for the phases ahead.

This project is carried out in collaboration with AKVA group, where precision, pace, and seamless coordination are key from day one.

Plast Solutions Technical Department!

At Plast Solutions, our technical department plays a key role in supporting production, sales, and project ex*****on. The team handles a wide range of tasks and ensures that drawings, materials, and calculations are in place so projects can be carried out efficiently and correctly.

Production Drawings and Technical 3D Models
Preparation of detailed production drawings, models, and constructions for plants, pits, and customised technical solutions.

Quotation Calculations and Price Requests
Calculation of materials, workflows, and the collection of supplier prices used in quotes and project budgets.

Flow Calculations
Assessment of hydraulic and process-related flow conditions to ensure correct sizing, capacity, and performance in system designs.

Post-Calculation
Review and evaluation of completed projects to ensure accurate documentation and continuous improvements.

Technical Advisory and Customer Visits
Technical sparring with customers, inspections, and on-site assessments to clarify technical conditions and project requirements.

The department is currently working on constructions such as the tank shown in the first image – a tank that is now moving forward into production.

🔧 Pre‑fabrication for our customer continues

At our production facility, we are progressing with the pre‑fabrication of HDPE pipe sections and system components, which will soon be packed and shipped in containers to our customer.

By combining structured planning, strict quality control, and continuous packaging workflows, we ensure that each assembly arrives installation‑ready. This approach minimizes on‑site welding and alignment work, improves installation precision, and significantly reduces overall commissioning time.

Welcome to Frank Madsen!!

💻We are pleased to welcome Frank Madsen, who joined Plast Solutions on March 2nd, 2026 as our new Technical Consultant.

Frank brings more than 25 years of experience from the machinery industry and has worked extensively with mechanical design, product development, and technical documentation throughout his career. He has strong competencies within SolidWorks and PDM structures, as well as broad experience collaborating with suppliers across Denmark and internationally.

Frank joins the team alongside Leif, Kevin, and Thomas, where he will contribute to the development of robust, well‑documented, and technically sound solutions across our projects.⚙️

We look forward to the collaboration and are excited to bring Frank’s experience and technical insight into our continued work and development.

Plast Solutions working on biogas plants

We continue to be involved in several biogas projects across the country. This includes both on‑site work and prefabrication at our workshop, where components are prepared for the various projects.

On site, our technicians focus on assembling and adjusting pipe sections to keep the projects moving into their next phases. At the same time, the prefabricated components become a natural part of the overall progress as the work develops.

We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the biogas industry and support projects that help drive the sector forward.
