نُجري اختبار قالب بروفيل PVC قبل الشحن للتأكد من استقرار عملية البثق، دقة الأبعاد، وجودة التشطيب.
هذه المرحلة النهائية تضمن تسليم قالب جاهز للعمل بكفاءة عالية في خطوط الإنتاج.

PVC profile mould tested before shipping, ensuring stable extrusion, precise dimensions, and excellent surface finish.

Final inspection guarantees readiness for immediate production upon delivery.

تمت عملية ضبط وتجربة قالب لوح باب PVC/WPC فوم في مصنع العميل بنجاح، حيث أظهر المنتج سطحًا ناعمًا دون الحاجة إلى صنفرة، مع وزن خفيف لكل متر وتركيبة إنتاج اقتصادية.
نتيجة تؤكد كفاءة القالب وجاهزيته للإنتاج الصناعي المستقر.

The PVC/WPC foam door panel mould was successfully debugged and tested at the client’s facility, delivering a smooth, sanding-free surface, lightweight structure per meter, and a cost-efficient formulation.
