Just before the holidays we had an opportunity to help our friends Rally Raid Estonia with preparations for the 2025 edition of the Dakar Rally

In order to make sure the guys at Rallyart Vidrike are able to service their Overdrive Racing Toyota Hilux at a world class level we designed a set of tool cases to carry all of the tools needed on the Hilux. The two cases carry all hand and power tools the guys will need in a strong and sleek package.

The cases are sized according to the EUR standard making them 40 x 60 cm and we even managed to get the weight to be low enough to take them on the plane to Saudi Arabia as hand luggage.

The design process involved first creating a list of all of the necessary tools to make sure everything the Hilux needs is there with nothing extra to take up unneeded space. Measuring and 3D modelling all of the tools was next, we wanted to create a form fitting foam insert to keep all tools in their designated places so the mechanics have a good overview of what they have to work with.

Our Sump Guard Kits for the 2024 facelift Toyota GR Yaris are finally in production!

The first small batch of kits is now ready with a larger batch to follow in early January.

The new kit comes with some modifications compared to our 2021 kit. The carbon fiber front bumper underguard is made to fit the facelift front bumper. The corner support bars are different to make fitment possible with the facelift radiators. We also provide a new stainless steel bracket to modify the position of the transmission oil cooler to allow fitment of our sump guard mounting bar.

We have also made an effort to reduce the weight of the kit by using smaller tubing for the corner supports. This has the added benefit of giving us more room to make fitment easier.

As always all of our kits come with the necessary mounting hardware. No need to source your own bolts and nuts, they are included.

For anybody interested in having the new kit for their Yaris GR in January please get in touch with us beforehand as there are already customers on the waiting list. A number of kits are still currently available from the January batch.

New product announcement!

We have started producing composite bulkheads for Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans.

Our extended bulkheads are made from GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic). The thinking behind our GFRP composite Mercedes-Benz Sprinter bulkhead is to increase the space available to the occupants within the cabin without compromising cargo space. We have achieved this by re-engineering the existing bulkhead and producing an updated version from GFRP.

Our composite bulkhead features:
• Passenger space increase of 12 cm
• Lightweight composite construction
• Strong 4 layer construction
• Weight of 15 kg
• 3 interior fabric color choices
• Pre-drilled mounting holes for easy installation

With our bulkhead your Sprinter van becomes a lot more comfortable for longer journeys as you are going to be able to move the drivers seat back further. The driving position is thus changed from a typical for a van 90 degree angle to a more relaxed arrangement we have come to expect from Mercedes Benz.

The extra 12 cm of space makes the Sprinter van comfortable for even the tallest drivers. Moving the seat further back and increasing the angle makes sure you are able to enter and exit your van with ease. No more banging your knee on the dashboard!

The lightweight composite construction gives an increase in load carrying capacity when compared to the factory sheet metal bulkhead. This way your journey will be more comfortable and more profitable as you will feel better behind the wheel of your MB Sprinter van and take more goods with you.

The weight of our composite bulkhead is only 15 kg!

We have still made sure the bulkhead remains safe by not reducing the weight too much as it must keep the occupants from getting hurt by the cargo in case of an accident. Our 4 layer composite construction makes sure the bulkhead remains strong and durable, yet light.

Good news! We have started working on upgrades for the 2024 facelifted GR Yaris.

Some modifications will be required to make our motorsport proven sump guard kits fit the new car. The two big differences are the facelifted front bumper and the new automatic gearbox.

Due to the different shape of the bumper we will be making a brand new composite front bumper underguard using our signature 3D scanning and printing composites workflow to get a perfectly fitting part.

The automatic gearbox itself is not changing the fitment, but the new coolers installed in the corners of the front bumper mean that we must redesign our front corner supports. These supports are what make our kits stand out from the rest providing massive strength for the front corners when driving hard on gravel or snow so we will make sure to carry the design over to the new car.

Some surprises are also planned along with the new products for the facelifted car. Stay tuned to hear more about this in the coming weeks!

Our GR Yaris floor guards have proven to be a valuable upgrade for every Yaris.

The sleek shape follows the lines of the factory floor closely but still covers the brake and fuel lines protecting them from damage.

We have built special deflectors into the shape to protect the mounting studs and nuts from wear caused by gravel. This makes sure you are able to remove and replace the floor guards in the future if it ever becomes necessary.

The two stage build of a GRP base with a top layer of Line-X gives immense durability on even the roughest snow or gravel roads while also reducing the weight to a bare minimum of only 7kg per pair. Something that the factory items just can not match.

Reusing the factory mounting points and our included hardware makes installation a breeze.

A rear 'lip' is formed into each floor guard to allow for the installation of rear suspension guards as pictured. These are also available from us to protect the rear suspension of your Yaris from gravel and snow.
