Requirement:
1- Bachelor degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
2- 3 - 5 years of experience in high slandered finishing works.
3- Possess a very good experience in AutoCAD.
4- Fluent in English.

Job Description:
1- Responsible for the ex*****on of all finishing items in residential buildings.
2- Participate in planning of material supply at site.
3- Surveying the exact quantities executed on site.
4- Handling overlapped activities.
5- Maintaining quality of finishing items as per standards.
6- Monitor, control and report site progress on daily basis.

The Job Description will include but not limited to:

1- Participating in the company’s business development plan.
2- Create and present new ideas and directions for developing the company’s business regarding the Interior design and wooden works.
3- Participating in the project’s pricing process.
4- Monitoring and controlling projects as per arranged with the top management.
5- Tracking and measuring contractors’ performance.
6- Liaising with clients, suppliers and all company’s team members.
7- Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.
8- Prepare and participate in client presentations.
9- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
10- Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
11- possess an excellent experience in wooden works.
