💡 We’re Hiring: Quality Control Engineer – Lighting Department

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our Lighting Department. If you have 2 years of experience and a passion for quality and electrical systems, this role is for you.

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Background in Quality Control
• Strong problem-solving skills

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Inspect and test lighting panels and systems
• Ensure compliance with specifications and lighting standards
• Verify wiring, components, and assembly quality
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions
• Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation

Opening our doors to future engineers is always a pleasure 🏭

We recently had the opportunity to welcome students in collaboration with IEEE IAS E -JUST Student Branch Chapter for an immersive visit to New Lectro.

The experience gave students a closer look at how ideas move from design to real production. From low voltage electrical panel engineering to LED manufacturing, they explored key stages of our operations while witnessing the efficiency and precision of our production lines ⚙️

What truly stood out was their curiosity and engagement throughout the visit—asking insightful questions and showing genuine interest in the industry 🙌

At New Lectro, we believe these experiences go beyond factory tours. They play an important role in connecting education with real-world applications and empowering the next generation of engineers.
