As Team leader, Iam Proud to share that our Egyptian team, PlastiNova, has been selected to participate in the PHAROS Plastic Fantastic Hackathon Boot Camp under Track A – Idea Stage.

Our idea focuses on converting marine and river plastic waste into high-value products such as hydrogen fuel, carbon nanotubes, quantum dots, and industrial oils, supporting circular economy and plastic waste valorisation.

We are proud to represent Egypt in this EU-funded initiative and contribute to innovative solutions for marine litter reduction and sustainable blue growth.
