• Prepare and review customer tenders from both technical and commercial perspectives in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations that meet required specifications.
• Analyze and compare technical and financial offers to select the most cost-effective and compliant solutions.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure tender compliance.
• Follow up on contract award and purchase order processes after tender submission.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 2-1 years of procurement experience, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
