🚀 Throwback to a project we built 3 years ago — not for a class or graduation, just pure passion for tech! 🎉
We developed a GUI system for image processing and face recognition using Python’s Tkinter and OpenCV libraries. 🖼️✨ From basic edits like cropping and rotating to applying advanced filters (like Gaussian Blur and thresholding), our tool puts powerful image editing at your fingertips.
And it gets cooler — we implemented a face swap feature using neural networks and the dlib library for facial landmark detection. It maps 68 facial points to swap faces with surprising accuracy! 😮🤖
This hands-on project gave us deep insights into how image processing, deepfakes, and machine learning work under the hood.

قمنا بتطوير واجهة رسومية GUI لمعالجة الصور والتعرف على الوجوه باستخدام مكتبات Tkinter وOpenCV في بايثون. 🖼️✨
من التعديلات الأساسية مثل القص والتدوير، إلى الفلاتر المتقدمة مثل Gaussian Blur والتحويل إلى الأبيض والأسود — كل شيء كان ممكن من خلال واجهتنا.
والأروع من ذلك، أضفنا ميزة تبديل الوجوه (Face Swap) باستخدام AI ومكتبة dlib التي تحدد 68 نقطة مميزة في الوجه بدقة عالية! 😮🤖
المشروع ساعدنا نفهم بشكل عملي كيف تشتغل تقنيات معالجة الصور والتعلم العميق وحتى تقنيات مثل الديب فيك.
