Integrated Energy & Engineering Services (IEES) is looking for a Mechanical BIM Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in mechanical BIM modeling (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing)
* Prepare mechanical design, shop drawings, and BIM models
* Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes
* Assist in BOQs, design calculations, and quantity take-offs
* Support technical office activities

Requirements:
* BSc in Mechanical Engineering
* 1–3 years of experience in Mechanical BIM & MEP projects
* Previous experience in design, preferably within engineering consultancy firms
* Strong technical background across all mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)
* Strong proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD
* Experience in BOQ preparation & Shop Drawings

▪️ Prepare and review comprehensive shop drawings, builder works, and sleeve layouts for mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing/Public Health).

Integrated Energy & Engineering Services (IEES) is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller & Admin to join our growing engineering design team. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s engineering and administrative document management system from the ground up, while also providing general office support.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Engineering Document Control: Establish, organize, and maintain a structured document management system for all engineering designs, layouts, and project files.
▪️ Drawings & Logs Management: Manage incoming/outgoing project transmittals, drawings (from Concept to IFC), and maintain updated tracking logs.
▪️ Version Control: Assign document reference numbers and strictly manage version control and revisions to ensure the team is always working on the latest files.
▪️ Correspondence & Archiving: Receive, log, and distribute project correspondence, letters, memos, and client feedback.
▪️ Admin Support: Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, procurement of office supplies, and general coordination.
▪️ HR Assistance: Assist with basic HR tasks, including maintaining employee files and onboarding documentation.

🎯 Requirements:
▪️ Education: BSc in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
▪️ Experience: 1–2 years of experience in document control and administration—strictly within an Engineering Design, MEP, or Construction environment.
▪️ Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and familiar with Cloud Storage/CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Cloud, Google Drive, OneDrive).
▪️ Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage technical engineering logs efficiently.
▪️ Language: Good command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
