As a young professional, my understanding of “Youth Leading Development” is using our knowledge, skills, and creativity to make a meaningful impact on society. Through education, innovation, and collaboration, young people can help solve real-world challenges and contribute to sustainable development. My experience working on international infrastructure and renewable energy projects has shown me that youth are not only preparing for the future—we are actively shaping it today. By embracing responsibility, continuous learning, and cross-cultural cooperation, we can build a more sustainable, connected, and prosperous world for future generations.
