‏📍 Location: East Cairo

‏🔵 Requirements:
‏• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
‏• Minimum 2 years of site experience in reinforced concrete works
‏• Ability to read and review technical drawings
‏• Good coordination and communication skills
‏• Experience in concrete tank projects or similar structures is preferred

‏🔵 Responsibilities:
‏• Supervise concrete, reinforcement, and formwork activities

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في أعمال الموقع والخرسانة المسلحة
• القدرة على قراءة ومراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق
• يفضل وجود خبرة في مشروعات الخزانات الخرسانية أو المنشآت المشابهة

🔵 المهام:
• الإشراف على أعمال الخرسانة والحدادة والنجارة
• التأكد من مطابقة التنفيذ للرسومات والمواصفات
• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين والتخصصات الأخرى
• إعداد تقارير يومية عن تقدم الأعمال
• متابعة الجودة وإجراءات السلامة بالموقع

🔵 Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Office role within the construction or contracting sector
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer
• Hands-on experience in BOQs, quantity surveying, technical item descriptions, price analysis, cost estimation, and interim payment certificates
• Experience in finishing works inspection, handover, and quality control
• Ability to read and review technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of construction, finishing, and site ex*****on works
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

🔵 Preferred Qualifications:
• Revit (BIM)
• Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Experience in construction or contracting companies
• Knowledge of Egyptian Building Codes and Ministry of Housing technical standards
