نفخر بالمشاركة في تنفيذ مشروع تطوير ورفع كفاءة نظام محول فرن القوس الكهربائي، والذي يشمل أعمال التوريد والتركيب والاختبارات والتشغيل، ضمن نطاق أعمال متكامل لضمان أعلى مستويات الكفاءة والاعتمادية.
🔹 نطاق الأعمال:
✅ توريد وتركيب نظام Busbar جهد متوسط 36 kV
✅ فك واختبار وتخزين المحول القديم 80 MVA
✅ تركيب وتشغيل محول فرن جديد TAMINI – 110 MVA
✅ تنفيذ أعمال الرفع والنقل والتركيب الثقيلة
✅ أعمال التأريض وأنظمة الحماية
✅ الاختبارات، التشغيل المبدئي، والتشغيل النهائي

Project Overview
This project covers the complete upgrade works for the Arc Furnace transformer system at Suez Steel Company including dismantling of the existing transformer, installation of new equipment, MV busbar systems, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
Main Scope:
* Supply and installation of 36 kV Medium Voltage Busbar System
* Dismantling, testing, preservation, and storage of existing Arc Furnace Transformer:
* Existing Transformer Capacity: 80 MVA
* Installation, testing, commissioning and energization of new:
* Tamini Arc Furnace Transformer – 110 MVA
* Complete mechanical, electrical and commissioning activities.
