🚨 We’re Hiring | Mechanical Site Engineer (Fire Fighting)

Delta Contracting is looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team for a Fire Fighting Systems Maintenance Project at Alexandria Port, Egypt.

📍 Location: Alexandria Port, Egypt

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience in Fire Fighting Systems (maintenance and site ex*****on).
* Strong knowledge of:
* Fire pumps and pump rooms.
* Hydrant systems.
* Sprinkler systems.
* Deluge valve systems (operation, testing, and maintenance).
* Fire suppression systems.
* Ability to prepare technical reports and coordinate effectively with clients.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance plans.
* Familiarity with NFPA standards and fire safety procedures.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to handle project-related documentation and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
* Previous work portfolio is required.
* Alexandria residents only.

مشرف ميكانيكا (أنظمة مكافحة الحريق)

📍 مكان العمل: ميناء الإسكندرية – مصر

تعلن شركة دلتا للمقاولات عن حاجتها إلى مشرف ميكانيكا للعمل بمشروع صيانة أنظمة مكافحة الحريق بميناء الإسكندرية.

المهام الوظيفية:

* الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة اليومية لأنظمة مكافحة الحريق.
* متابعة وتنسيق أعمال الفنيين لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
* فحص ومتابعة أنظمة إنذار الحريق، وشبكات الرشاشات (Sprinklers)، وشبكات الهيدرانت، وأنظمة الإطفاء بالغاز وطفايات الحريق.
* إعداد التقارير اليومية ومتابعة سير العمل والتنسيق مع مهندس الموقع والعميل.
* التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة ومتطلبات المشروع.

المتطلبات:

* خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في صيانة أو تنفيذ أنظمة مكافحة الحريق.
* معرفة جيدة بأنظمة مكافحة الحريق وإجراءات الصيانة والاختبارات الدورية.
* سابقة أعمال في مجال صيانة وتنفيذ أنظمة مكافحة الحريق.
* مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فريق العمل.
* القدرة على العمل بموقع المشروع داخل ميناء الإسكندرية.
* يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من سكان الإسكندرية فقط.

🚀 *We're Hiring | HR Generalist

📍 Location: Maadi, Cairo

Delta Contracting Company, a leading Electro-Mechanical Contractor executing major governmental, industrial, infrastructure, and marine projects across Egypt, is looking for a talented HR Generalist to support our growth and help build a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Handle personnel operations, employee records, and HR documentation.
* Prepare monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.
* Manage Social Insurance procedures and ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
* Lead performance appraisal processes and employee relations activities.
* Develop HR policies, KPIs, reports, and management dashboards.
* Coordinate training and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

✔️ 3–5 years of HR experience.
✔️ Strong background in Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, and HR Operations.
✔️ HR Diploma or Professional HR Certification is required.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
✔️ Experience in construction, engineering, or contracting companies is highly preferred.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
✔️ Good command of English and strong communication skills.
