🔥 Successfully Delivered | Fire Pump Rehabilitation Project – 500 GPM 🔥
RANCO Projects is proud to announce the successful completion and handover of the 500 GPM Fire Pump Maintenance & Rehabilitation Project at Siegwart Factory.
The project involved restoring a critical fire protection system under challenging conditions, as the fire pump room had been flooded for an extended period, causing deterioration to several mechanical and electrical components and impacting overall system reliability.
Our scope of work included:
✅ Complete inspection and assessment of the fire pump system.
✅ Rehabilitation of the diesel fire pump and associated equipment.
✅ Maintenance of control panels, controllers, and accessories.
✅ Replacement of damaged components and restoration of system functionality.
✅ Comprehensive testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
✅ Compliance verification with applicable fire protection standards.
Following completion, the system underwent a continuous one-week operational test, during which it demonstrated stable performance, full reliability, and zero operational issues.
Today, the system has been successfully handed over, fully operational and ready to provide dependable fire protection for the facility.
