Contributing to Egypt’s Vision 2030 in Healthcare

Samcrete is proud to be part of one of the most vital healthcare projects in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate: El-Hamoul Central Hospital. Designed to serve more than one million citizens from El-Hamoul and neighboring villages, the hospital will provide 135 beds across emergency, intensive care, neonatal, and inpatient departments. It will also feature 17 modern outpatient clinics, six state-of-the-art operating rooms, 42 dialysis machines, and dedicated departments for obstetrics, emergency, and physiotherapy. In addition to a Nursing School with on-site accommodation for doctors and nursing staff.

The hospital forms part of Samcrete’s ongoing contributions to national development, reflecting our continuous commitment to placing citizens’ health and well-being at the heart of sustainable progress.

Samcrete is proud to celebrate a historic milestone in Madagascar. On August 18, 2025, President Andry Rajoelina, alongside the Heads of State of the SADC, members of Government, Senators, Deputies, and Local Authorities, officially inaugurated the first section of the Antananarivo–Toamasina (AR1) highway in Ambohimanga, one of the nation’s most strategic roads, proudly delivered by Samcrete.
Built by Africans for Africans, this project is more than a road, it is a major milestone for Madagascar’s future — strengthening connectivity, boosting economic growth, and creating new opportunities for communities across the country.
We are proud of our team whose dedication and hard work made this milestone possible.

Samcrete, in partnership with FEERUM, proudly announces the launch of the Grain Storage Silos & Handling Facility Systems Project in Toshka, Aswan, as part of the Emergency Food Security & Resilience Support Project funded by the World Bank.

Led by Samcrete, the Joint Venture scope includes the design and construction of a fully integrated grain storage complex, featuring 30 flat-bottom storage bins, each with a minimum net capacity of 10,000 metric tons.

Supporting infrastructure includes administrative and control buildings, transformer rooms, fire-fighting systems, a weighing bridge, paved roads, and utility networks, all constructed in accordance with the highest international standards.

This milestone project reflects Samcrete’s ongoing commitment to engineering excellence, sustainability, and strengthening Egypt’s national food security strategy through world-class construction solutions.

Samcrete was honored by the visit of His Excellency Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, and His Excellency Kamel El-Wazir, Minister of Transport, during their inspection of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridor along the Ring Road.
As a proud contributor to this national transformation, Samcrete showcased the successful ex*****on of three key BRT stations: El Salam, Oraby, and Moaasaset Al Zaka.

Part of Egypt’s first integrated BRT system, these stations are a vital component of the country’s shift toward smarter, greener mobility. Designed with efficiency, safety, and passenger comfort in mind, they are set to serve thousands of commuters daily and ease traffic congestion across Greater Cairo.

This high-level visit reaffirms our commitment to building future-ready infrastructure that connects communities and improves lives.
