The HVAC system doesn’t always need to start!
When it ends in a clean room facility, the room may need time to reach its required temperature, humidity, pressure, and air quality before production begins,If the system starts too late, production may be ready while the room isn’t, If it starts too early and runs at full capacity for hours, you’re consuming energy without necessarily adding value, the right start time depends on the room volume, system response, recovery requirements, outdoor conditions, and the process itself, that’s why the HVAC schedule shouldn’t simply follow the production schedule, It should be designed around how long the facility needs to become ready.
At Quarcom, we look at the operation behind the system not just the system itself.
Because start is not a time on a schedule, it’s a condition the facility needs to reach 👌
