Role Overview
The Animal Production Specialist will support our R&D and product development activities by designing nutritional strategies, evaluating feed ingredients, and assisting in the development of innovative feed additives aimed at improving animal health, productivity, and feed efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and evaluate nutritional strategies for animal applications.
• Support the formulation and development of feed supplements and nutritional products.

• Assist in designing and monitoring experimental trials to evaluate product performance.

Role summary

We are seeking a hands-on Formulation Scientist to lead extraction, purification, and formulation development, ensuring stable, safe, and scalable products. The role translates lab results into SOPs and scalable processes in close collaboration with R&D, QC, and production teams.

Important: This is a strictly technical, R&D role — not a sales position.

Key responsibilities

- Execute extraction, purification, and chromatography workflows
- Develop and optimize formulations (liquids, emulsions, suspensions, semi-solids, encapsulation)
- Perform analytical characterization (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, FTIR, particle sizing)
- Apply DOE/statistics for process and formulation optimization
- Convert lab work into SOPs; support scale-up and tech transfer
- Ensure GMP/QMS compliance and maintain clear documentation
- Troubleshoot formulation/process issues and drive improvements
- Mentor junior team members

Must-have qualifications

- BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in extraction, purification, and formulation development
- Hands-on chromatography and solvent extraction experience
- Strong analytical skills and scale-up/tech transfer exposure
- Solid experimental design, data analysis, and teamwork skills

Highly valued (nice-to-have)

Experience with natural products, botanicals, or nutraceuticals
Exposure to QC/QA or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with stability testing, forced degradation, or regulatory support
Ability to link manufacturing performance to formulation improvements

Role Overview
Mahsolak (محصولك), a sister company of P-Vita, is seeking a high-accountability Operations Specialist to join our production leadership team.

This is a hands-on, factory-based leadership role for a scientifically qualified professional ready to manage production lines, supervise workforce teams, and ensure operational excellence in a heavy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily production cycles to ensure targets, quality standards, chemical specifications, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor production workforce to ensure optimal performance and task allocation.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement immediate, practical solutions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Take full ownership of shift outputs, equipment uptime, and resource utilization; report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Enforce strict Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance within the plant.
• Monitor chemical mixing and packaging processes to ensure product integrity, efficiency, and waste reduction.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or any science-related field (mandatory). Strong understanding of chemical properties and scientific methodology is essential.
• Factory or production line exposure is highly preferred; familiarity with industrial workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership mindset with the initiative to identify and drive improvements independently.
• High level of accountability for production performance and meeting deadlines.
• Physical resilience to operate effectively in a fertilizer production environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand industrial machinery and chemical production processes.

Preferences & Logistics
• Residency: Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Fayoum.
• Experience: Previous experience working within a factory or on production lines is a significant plus.
• Accommodation: Due to the nature of the production cycles and the requirement for on-site presence, we provide residency for our specialist staff.
• Industry Background: Prior experience specifically within fertilizer or chemical plants is highly regarded and will be considered a significant advantage.
