We are happy to present our engineering contribution to the impressive Mayar & Thoraya development by Modon in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As for the beautiful residential project mentioned above, AMC was assigned to provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary engineering services. The scope of our work entailed:

- Designing extremely accurate Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical shop drawings.
- Implementing complete MEP BIM modeling and thorough spatial coordination.

Thanks to our seamless transition from sophisticated 2D drawings to intelligent and clash-free 3D models, our engineers achieved successful integration of building systems even before the construction process.

Precision of interior ex*****on can be achieved only with complete concentration of attention. It is with great pleasure that we present the special task in which our engineering team was involved – **Harbour Breeze (F08)**.

Within the frame of this development project, our engineering scope of work will solely focus on the preparation of detailed interior shop drawings. By deliberately separating our deliverables from structural and exterior disciplines, our engineering team will put all its technical skills and expertise into the challenging areas where architecture and design merge. Our only responsibility will be in achieving perfect spatial coordination and detailed and accurate translation of design intent.

All details of interior layouts, finish coordination, and complex material transitions will be captured in our set of documents for smooth ex*****on on-site.
