We discussed our Patents as well as, economical, ecological, social and technological key points as our mission and vision statements.

As well as, defining the 9 founder core team structure + 1% equity with our core foundational team, all are responsible for the success of this project: We are composed of:

- IPO Shares: Public: 15% and/or Open From Liquidity
- Founder 60% > 15% to
- Board Members OR (Preferred stock as Equity to big tech Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Netflix, TikTok, Blackrock, Y2, etc. all welcome to join.
- CTO 1%
- Chief Network Engineers: Blockchain + Decentralized Golang Nodes 2%
- 2 Backend Python AIML / LLM engineers + Blockchain Protocols 2%
- 2 UX / UI / 3d Artist / Renderer : 2%
- Renowned CFO: 1%
- Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer 1% + Commission 1% on any seed / A / B / C round raised capital or Loan.
