For example, in the case of the 450 sqm villa in Marbella, we repaired cracks in the structure as part of a maintenance project.
Our process involved assessing the cracks, identifying the underlying cause (whether it be settling, weather damage, or structural stress), and then taking steps to repair and reinforce the affected areas. This included cleaning out the cracks, applying suitable filler or reinforcement materials, and ensuring the finish matched the existing surfaces for a seamless look. Throughout, we ensured the work was done efficiently and to a high standard, keeping the client's home safe and looking its best.

FLASHBACK: Installation of skylight 2019:

We were hired to install a skylight and bring more natural light into a small kitchen. We first identified the best location on the roof for the skylight, ensuring it would provide optimal sunlight without obstructing any structural elements. After marking the spot, we carefully removed the roofing material above the designated area. Then, we cut through the ceiling inside the kitchen to create an opening for the skylight. Next, we installed a frame for the skylight, securing it to the roof structure, and sealed it to prevent any leaks. Finally, we finished by sealing the ceiling inside and ensuring the skylight was properly fitted and weatherproofed.
The result was a brighter, more inviting kitchen with natural light streaming in from above.

FLASHBACK! Installation of indoor window 2019:

Our building team installed an indoor window to bring natural light into a windowless office in a traditional house in Marbella.
We started by carefully selecting a location that would allow light to flow from an adjacent room with access to natural daylight, while respecting the traditional style of the home. The team then created an opening in the wall, ensuring the design complemented the existing architecture. The new indoor window was installed with durable clear & blue glass panels to allow light through while matching the house’s aesthetic.
Finally, we finished the surrounding areas to blend seamlessly with the room's décor, creating a bright, airy atmosphere in the office without disrupting the home's classic charm.

In 2019, Luxconpro completed an accident repair after a severe car crash, where a vehicle demolished an outdoor building on a property. Our team carried out a full tear down and rebuilt the structure in its original style to seamlessly match the main house.
