Kush Engineering -Aspiring for a Better Future

Housing development is a cornerstone of sustainable urban growth. Thoughtfully planned housing not only improves affordability and accessibility, but also enhances the city’s character—blending traditional lifestyles with modern, high-density living.

In collaboration with the Addis Ababa Public-Private Partnership Development Office and private developers including Nabee Homes, DMV Addis, and others, Kush Engineering has successfully finalized the Local Development Plan (LDP) and urban design for the Bethel Mendida Housing Project, covering 10.2 hectares.

This milestone contributes to the city’s ongoing efforts to expand affordable housing options for its residents.
We are proud to play a role in shaping a better, more inclusive urban future.

Thrilled to announce that Kush Engineering has developed the design of a groundbreaking Cathedral for EECMY, setting a new standard for religious institutions in Ethiopia. This unique project, capable of hosting over 5,000 people, features diverse indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and introduces an integrated cemetery for EECMY. Proud to be part of this monumental journey!

We are thrilled to announce that our design for the Woliso Cultural Center has been chosen as the winner of the architectural competition! This project is a labor of love for our team, and we are honored to have been selected.

The design is inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Woliso, and features a series of traditional elements that have been reinterpreted in a modern way. The building will be a place where people from all walks of life can come together to learn, create, and celebrate their culture.
