SEB is now looking for two soon-to- or recent graduates to take part in a yearlong International Trainee programme starting in autumn 2018 that includes several rotations and special training periods abroad on top of the on the job training in the home team. This years’ placements in Helsinki are in Business Development and Debt Financing. After the trainee year, you will find your career path somewhere within the SEB group.

International Stratos Program is searching for new coordinators 2017/2018!

We are searching for three coordinators for the program starting this Autumn. As a coordinator, your responsibility is to run the whole program from the beginning to the end: acquiring partner companies, recruiting the participant students, organizing excursions to participating companies, organizing and participating in the study trip abroad. Because of the multitude of these tasks, you will gain experience in many essential fields such as marketing, finance, HR, teamwork, and leadership. You will also acquire important contacts to the major international companies in Finland and other like-minded students. The coordinators will be working freely and can tailor the program in accordance to their own creativity within some major guidelines.

What do you need to become the next Coordinator?
Qualifications aren’t all too important, although it helps to have some organizational experience and good communication skills. What we want are highly motivated and proactive Aalto (business, engineer or art) students who are willing to commit wholly to the program and make it prosper.

What is Stratos?

Stratos is a 27-year-old training program connecting top-notch master students and biggest companies in Finland through various and challenging projects. The program consists of the short-term projects, excursions to the partner companies and an exciting exploration of the international business scene as a weeklong trip abroad, more importantly, free of charge! In previous years we've had such well-known collaborators as Fazer, ABB, Elisa, Hilti, Ericsson, and we've visited such locations as Peru, Dubai, San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo!

What will Stratos Coordinators do?

We are now searching for three coordinators for the program starting in the Autumn 2017. As a coordinator, your responsibility is to run the whole program from start to finish: acquiring partner companies, recruiting the participant students, organizing and participating in the reward study trip.
