Take a closer look at the Kewatec Patrol 1630 delivered to the Polish Customs and Tax Authorities in Gdynia, Poland.

Designed for demanding Baltic Sea operations, the 16.3-metre self-righting patrol vessel combines strength, stability and manoeuvrability, providing a safe and efficient platform for the crew.

This video highlights the vessel's performance and capabilities on the water.

Kewatecilla oli tänään ilo saada vieraaksi Puolustusvoimien Logistiikkalaitoksen apulaisjohtaja Juha-Matti Ylitalo sekä merijärjestelmäosaston johtaja Juha Kotilainen.

Vierailun ohjelmaan sisältyi yritysesittely sekä koeajo Rescue 1700 -veneellä. Lisäksi Utö-aluksen pienoismalli luovutettiin merijärjestelmäosastolle.

Kewatecilla oli kunnia osallistua Tasavallan presidentti Alexander Stubbin delegaatioon Ottawassa, Kanadassa. Vierailun keskeisiin teemoihin kuului muun muassa arktiset kysymykset. Tämä on aihe, joka on Kewatecille erityisen merkityksellinen sekä toimitushistoriamme että uusien ratkaisujen kehittämisen näkökulmasta.

Delegaatioon kuuluivat myös ulkoministeri Elina Valtonen, elinkeinoministeri Sakari Puisto sekä noin 40 yritystä puolustus-, teknologia-, meri- ja kaivosteollisuuden aloilta. Kewatecia edusti toimitusjohtajamme Kent Björklund.

Kewatec had the honor of participating in the delegation of the President of the Republic of Finland, Alexander Stubb, in Ottawa, Canada. One of the key themes of the visit was Arctic discussion, an area of particular importance to Kewatec, both from the perspective of our delivery history and the development of new solutions.

The delegation also included Minister for Foreign Affairs Elina Valtonen, Minister of Economic Affairs Sakari Puisto, and around 40 companies from the defence, technology, maritime, and mining industries. Kewatec was represented by our CEO, Kent Björklund.

Kewatec has successfully launched the first vessel of the spring season, a 24-meter fully electric passenger vessel that now moves into the final outfitting and testing phase.

Day two at CEL, Combat engineer & logistics, exhibition.

Kewatec is taking part in CEL, Europe’s leading forum for military engineers and logistics collaboration. Hannu Rantala and Jussi Mattila have engaged in interesting discussions and made new valuable contacts during the exhibiting in Krakow, Poland. “We can clearly see that logistics plays a key part in defence, and at Kewatec, we deliver the solutions to support it”, says Hannu Rantala, Sales Manager.
