🌾Farm Mäenpää in Lapua, Finland🌾

Antti’s products were used in the farm for over 20 years, with the latest addition being a stand‑alone dryer built in 2021. New Dustex dust separators and proper cyclones were installed in 2022.

Dustex removes the dust and debris from the exhaust air of the dryer so the surroundings of the dryer would stay extremely clean. Dryer has a large gas-fuelled heater and the improved dust extraction has also vastly improved the farms fire safety.

Technical details:
- Antti stand-alone dryer with three storage silos. Dryer was installed in 2021
- Antti Mixflo MF4
- Skandia conveyer (120 tons)
- E120 elevator
- Dustex with a cyclone
- Capacity of 800 hectoliter
- Gas-fuelled heater (3000 kW)
- Ultima automation system

Agricola Daiana cultivates 430 hectares in Romania. They invested in a new Antti grain drying solution in 2021. The dryer operated together with an Antti rectangular silo of the same storage capacity. We supported the farmer in drying thousands of tonnes of corn efficiently and economically. 😎

- Antti gas heater A2200 , 2200 kW
- Logistic silo 3m x 3m , 10 layers, volume 88 m³

The tour included a visit to the Antti factory too.
