Moisture is cement's biggest enemy! Protect your investment and ensure strong, durable construction by following these 8 essential storage tips:
๐น 1. Choose a Dry, Covered Storage Area
Keep cement protected from rain and humidity.
๐ฆ 2. Elevate the Cement Bags
Store bags on pallets or platforms at least 152 mm above ground. Avoid direct contact with floors to prevent moisture absorption.
๐ก๏ธ 3. Use Waterproof Sheeting
Cover stacks with waterproof tarpaulin or plastic sheets.
๐ 4. Store Bags Properly
Stack neatly and safely to prevent damage. Limit stack height to around 10 bags to avoid compaction and tearing.

Leave space for ventilation and moisture control. Leave at least 1-foot space between the stacks and walls to promote air circulation.
