Steripure offers pasteurization and sterilization services of dry food products in Europe. Steripure treatments apply to herbs, spices, teas and botanical products, dried fruits, dehydrated mushrooms and vegetables, nuts and edible grains. Steripure services are based on a new technology combining steam and vaccum. By working in a vacuum, saturated conditions can be maintained at relatively low te

mperatures, quickly and effectively pasteurizing the product, while preserving the natural qualities of the raw product. Manufacturers and importers of dry food products should use Steripure services when contamination has occurred, be it:
- Microbiological contamination, high bacterial load, salmonella or E. coli,
- Moulds or yeasts,
- Infestations (insects or larvae). Why sould you use Steripure services?
- To ensure that your products, once treated, are free from any contamination,
- To avoid possible deterioration of goods caused by the use of improper treatments (e.g.: irradiation or fumigation),
- To avoid the rejection/return of goods (ordered by local sanitary authorities or requested by the client), which is expensive for you and your suppliers
