After a couple weeks of hard work for the JSL team, we have now finished this project in Raix 16240

Heres what we did :
- Over 300m2 of our own scaffolding put up and taken down around the whole house.
- We replaced the first 2 rows of tiles due to them being frost damaged/broken.
- Removed & rebuilt 2 chimneys along with new zinc flashing.
- New zinc guttering around the whole roof, along with new zinc down pipes.

Today we fabricated and installed a new zinc flashing for our customer in Melleran 79190.
The previous roofer had tried to fix it several times but the only way is to fit a proper zinc flashing.

This roof was completely rotten due to previously having a non breathable plastic membrane, this means that the woodwork underneath can’t breathe and condensation won’t dry out.
We completely removed this whole section of roof, replaced all of the wood structure in order to make it perfectly straight and structurally secure, we installed a breathable membrane, new mechanical tiles and also a zinc valley due to the building not being straight, we replaced one of the two Velux windows due to it being water damaged on the inside frame.

We have just finished this new roof for our customer in Courçome 16240
Several people had tried to patch up this roof and stop the leaks, unfortunately all unsuccessful - that’s where we come in, a new roof means no more problems!

We installed new beams, rafters & volige board ensuring a solid & straight roof structure, then mechanical interlocking tiles, we also installed a new zinc gutter and zinc flashing up against the walls.

New project started in Jarnac 16200
On this house we are replacing the zinc guttering which has definitely had it’s day, the only problem is that it’s 10 meters up, it feels higher than it looks - trust me 😅

New roof completed in Longré 16240 ✅👌
On this roof we removed and disposed of all the old tiles, replaced a section of rafters & volige board, installed a breathable membrane, layed new mechanical interlocking tiles, installed new zinc gutters & down pipes.
The JSL tele-handler did extremely well with no issues at all, it will be straight off the next job tomorrow 🤩

Despite the horrible weather ⛈️ we worked through it to install the scaffolding ready for next weeks project.
Now for a little rest over the weekend 😃

The JSL telehandler is coming together, there’s a few last things to do/fix and it’ll be ready to go to it’s first job later this week.
Many man hours later and we have fully repainted it, installed new tyres, checked all the mechanical parts and replaced anything that was showing sign of wear, the sign writing has been put on and of course it wouldn’t be part of the JSL fleet without lots of led lights.
