Les de incarnent une idée forte : recréer un lien direct, authentique et équitable entre ceux qui cultivent la terre et ceux qui s’en nourrissent. Elles refusent d'encaisser les fonds pour les fermiers qu'elles soutiennent pour préserver cette relation de confiance entre Amapiens et producteurs mais cherchent toutefois à leur simplifier leur gestion des paiements...

Mais ce noble idéal se heurte à une contrainte bien réelle : en excluant la centralisation des paiements, les AMAP se retrouvent piégées dans un modèle où les chèques papier sont souvent l’unique option.
